After two previous orthodontic attempts that didn’t work out, I’d honestly lost hope of ever getting the smile I wanted. Dr Clair was the first person to offer a non-surgical solution when every other option on the table involved surgery. From the first consultation, I felt genuinely listened to and confident I was in good hands. The treatment itself was thorough and carefully managed, right through to a retainer to protect the result long-term. The difference in my smile, and my confidence, has been life changing. I cannot recommend Dr. Clair and the team highly enough. I was experiencing the most excruciating pain in my mouth, teeth, and the side of my face—it was honestly the worst pain I've ever felt. I had booked an emergency appointment with another dentist nearby on Tuesday, but they couldn't see me until the following Monday. By Friday, the pain had become unbearable, and I knew there was no way I would make it through the weekend. Thankfully, I was able to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Clair that same day. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled so professionally. I was seen within minutes, the diagnosis was made quickly, and the treatment I received was first-class. The care, compassion, and reassurance I was shown throughout the appointment were exceptional. Everything was explained clearly, which immediately put me at ease.
